Write for Us

Are you interested in joining our talented Tribe of Scribes? THE SISTERS’ HOOD would be honored to share your words within our global community. Three featured articles will grant you a SISTERS’ page, a home of your own to be promoted across all social media channels.

Our process is selective and articles chosen are subject to editing, possible headline changes, content editing for style or substance, and occasional links added for context.  Your release is required and art will be added at the discretion of THE SISTERS’ HOOD.

Following our guidelines will increase your opportunities for publication on our website:

  • Articles submitted for consideration could cover travel, food and wine, style, relationships, health, parenting, marriage, divorce, business, and social good.
  • Article submissions should be between 400 – 1000 words unless special circumstances prevail. They should also include a meta description for search engines and social sharing which should be no longer than 160 characters. We will promote accepted submissions across our social media accounts.
  • Previously published articles require confirmation of release and a new intro of 3 to 4 sentences for SEO practices and Google favor. Please indicate your update.
  • To submit an article for consideration, please fill out the form below. We will contact you within 7 days of publication, should your content be selected. We work with numerous brands and organizations, and will forward opportunities to our tribe as they become available. Once a scribe in our tribe, you will gain access to opportunities listed for promotion to your target demographic.

“We each have a story to tell. Some uplifting, some heartbreaking … others are helpful and informative. You own your stories, they are where you come from and they make up who you are. If others don’t like what you have to say – perhaps they should have behaved in a different manner. Stories bring together THE SISTERS’ HOOD. Your words may touch the heart of someone somewhere right when they need them most.”
