Waiver

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby give and grant to #thesistershood and their respective agents, affiliates, and such other persons as #thesistershood may designate from time to time (collectively, the “Licencees”), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to interview and/or otherwise record me and to record my statements and opinions (whether written or oral), voice, conversations and sounds in whole or in part, either alone or accompanied by other material, in any manner and in any media now known or hereafter developed (collectively, the “Services”), throughout the world, in perpetuity, including without limitation to use within an article(s) on #thesistershood.com or any other related or affiliated websites.

I agree that no advertisement or other material need be submitted to me for any further approval, including any and all transactions or modifications of such, and I agree to release and hold as harmless #thesistershood from any liability resulting from the use of my name and likeness. I hereby waive the right to inspect and/or approve Licensee’s use of the Services, including any and all translations and modifications of such. I warrant and represent that I have the legal right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights contained herein that the consent of no other person, firm, corporation or entity is required to enable Licensees to use the Materials, and that such use will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Licensees harmless from any liability resulting from the use of the Materials in accordance with the terms hereof. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida and the parties agree that the courts of the state of Florida have personal jurisdiction over them for the purposes of any disputes which may arise from this agreement. Further, I shall not be entitled to seek any injunctive or equitable relief in connection with any breach of alleged breach of agreement.
