What do you wish the opposite sex knew?
I wish the opposite sex could know what it's like to have a menstrual cycle, to be the only woman in a board room, and what it feels like to wear a crappy $20 pair of 3 inch heels all day. So basically, I wish they could know what it's like to be woman... even if just for a day. How do we do that?
What do you think is your best talent?
Empathy. Is that a talent?
What life skills are necessary for kids?
Delayed gratification, how to work with a budget, and listening with your heart instead of just your ears.
What would your theme song be for each time you entered a room?
"Brave" by Sara Bareilles or "Witchy Woman" by the Eagles. One is inspiring, the other just makes me feel super cool.
Coffee or tea?
Coffee in the morning. Tea at night.
Leather or lace?
Sleep or sex
Also, yes please.
Favorite quote and why?
"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose" - Dr. Seuss
I love this because it reminds me of the power of choice. Things don't always turn out how I plan, but I still can choose how I react and where I will go with it.
